Loved This CD as a Casual STP Fan

I'm not a diehard Stone Temple Pilots fan, so this review isn't as thorough as some of the quality ones I've seen for this album. I first became a fan of STP in '94 after buying the Crow soundtrack, but would only casually listen to a few of their singles.

I recently purchased this compilation from Amazon, and love listening to it from start to finish. Overall, I think it's a great collection of 90's grunge rock. If I consider this a 5-star CD, I'll definitely follow the advice of their longtime supporters on Amazon and pick up copies of their other albums.

5 stars just because it has no duds!

While I have all the STP CDs I didn't have this one so previewed it and was happy to see that I could pretty much leave the playlist as it was. (I did put Days of the Weeks as #3 preferring to lead with Sour Girl) and then build to harder rock which is MY preference of music.

Eager to hear the new CD due in May.

I was disappointed that this band does NOT have a DVD with all the videos that they put out. Lord knows we can't depend on MTV or VH1 anymore to play videos WE want to watch. Which is the reason I came to Amazon today and found the 2002 release of Thank You. I was unaware of it. Come on STP...lets see a DVD of all the video classics as well as a few live classic videos.
